From the day of your intake call, your complete BrokerAI System is built, tested, and ready for your review within 7 business days. Most brokers are fully live — with real leads flowing through their pipeline — within two weeks of applying. The fastest we’ve done it is 9 days start to finish.
Three things: fill out the application (10 minutes), show up for the intake call (30 minutes), and attend the review call (30 minutes). That’s approximately 70 minutes of your time total. Everything in between — building, configuring, testing, writing — is handled by us. You don’t touch a line of code or log into a single platform until your system is ready to review.
We work with what you have. If you have a WordPress site, we build your lead capture pages and AI bot on your existing domain. If you already have a HubSpot account — even the free version — we configure your pipeline within it. Brokers with existing infrastructure often go live faster. We assess your setup on the intake call and build around it rather than starting from scratch.
